From the mind of renowned Masterbuilder Todd Krause comes this Builder Select '50s Control Plate Strat! The lightweight alder body is finished in Olympic White and features a vintage-style aluminum plate between the single-ply black phenolic pickguard and pots/switch for authentic, original-era Strat tone. Besides reducing 60-cycle hum, this plate also “rounds off” the upper harmonics of the hand wound Fender Custom Shop pickups, generating warm, expressive tone that’s full of soul. Add in the comfortable 10/56 "V" neck shape - one of our favorites, and you've got a Strat you won't want to put down.
Includes: Hardshell Case, Certificate of Authenticity, Strap, Cable, Maintenance Kit, Polish Cloth, Paperwork
