This awesome Fender Custom Shop '69 Stratocaster is built "Garage Mod" style - a guitar featuring common modifications one may have performed during the '70s and '80s. This Strat is seriously hot-rodded - loaded with a zebra Seymour Duncan '78 humbucker in the bridge and a pair of handwound Red Hot middle and neck single coils. Even the "color over color" Ice Blue Metallic and 3 Color Sunburst finish is a nod to your unsuccessful home refin job. Other features include an alder body, 1969 "U" neck shape with 12" radius fingerboard, Jescar 57110 frets, American Vintage tremolo, and Schaller F tuners. This guitar was inspired by a Jason Smith Masterbuild of a few years ago.
