This is a lightly used 2018 Fender Custom Shop Jimi Hendrix Voodoo Child Stratocaster, a guitar that is a tribute to one of the most recognizable Strats ever created! This "upside-down, reverse strung Strat is based on the Hendrix original, and all it's funky visual features have distinct tonal advantages. The longer string length between the tuner and the low E provide a tighter feel, and the shorter length for the high strings helps make bends and vibrato a cinch. Even the reversed bridge pickup adds more unique upper register harmonics. The guitar also boasts a select alder body, a maple neck with 66 Oval C profile and 9.5" radius, handwound '69 Strat single coils, a synchronized tremolo, and vintage style hardware and plastics. The original case, COA, trem arm and bride cover are included.
