This one of a kind guitar is a Custom Shop L-Series 1964 Strat with a Red Sparkle finish. The L-Series denotes the Fenders made in the transitional period before CBS completely took over the operations, the guitars made during this time had serials that started with “L”. Not only does the relic Red Sparkle finish look good, but the alder and quartersawn maple neck are roasted. The roasting process eliminates excess moisture and sugars for rock-solid stability and extra punchy tones.
