The Story

Jaguar Sunburst 1965

Surfs up! This is a very cool 1965 Jaguar with a Sunburst finish over the alder body. The guitar is from early 1965, with an “L” neck plate and no binding to the fretboard. The neck date on the guitar is 1 June 65 B, and has 1 Meg pots coded 137-0519. The bridge mute was removed, but included. The Jag has newer Gotoh vintage replacement tuners, with no extra screw holes added to the headstock. The guitar plays and sounds fantastic, and includes the original case, bridge cover, and trem arm!
