This is a new Elise model from Fret-King. This Elise, carved from a solid mahogany blank, features acoustically tuned chambers, a full length center block, the Fret-King long-tenon neck joint (which mates precisely to the body underneath the neck pickup), and a double carved solid maple cap. The Wilkinson WVC double coil pickups give the Elise the definition and power required for everything from mellow jazz to full-bore blues and the addition of the Fret-King ‘Vari-coil™’ allows you to wind the WVC pickups back to emulate a P90.
