This is a used and in overall excellent condition Gibson Custom Shop '54 Les Paul Custom reissue, with the classic Ebony finish and Staple Top pickups! The '54 was the first guitar to receive the ABR-1 bridge, and features a solid mahogany body with mahogany top, gold hardware, and waffle-back tuners. The pickups which make the '54 unique are the P-90 bridge pickup, and the Alnico V 'Staple' neck pickup. The Staple was based off of the P-90, yet with a brighter and more articulate tone, great for those single-note leads that Les Paul was famous for! The guitar includes the original hardshell case.
