1958 Explorer Reissue VOS Heavy Antique Natural Item Description
This awesome Explorer is a 1958 Reissue built by the Gibson Custom Shop, under the Made 2 Measure program where we spec'd it with a Heavy Antique Natural finish. The finish gives the guitar a bit of a yellow hue which reminds us of the legendary guitars built in the 1950s of korina wood. This Explorer sounds fantastic with a heavy but still articulate tone, and lots of midrange to push through the mix!
