This is the Collectors Choice #37, a recreation of an original ’59 Les Paul that has gone through a few circles of collectors over the years and has accumulated quite a few nicknames; “The Claw”, “Carmelita”, “Hawaii Burst”…the list goes on. This guitar is famous for its broad flame top with the signature “claw”. Because of these specific features, the guitar is a limited run due to the scarcity of wood which appears like the original – flame, claw, and all. The guitar has two Burstbucker 3 humbuckers to supply the tone, and a comfortable profile to the mahogany neck.
