This is the limited edition Gibson Custom Shop Jimi Hendrix '69 Flying V - spec'd as a right-handed recreation of the lefty '69 V that Jimi ordered directly from Gibson! Used during the Band Of Gypsys era, it was used on the performace at the Isle of Wight Festival on August 31st, 1970. The guitar has a tastefully aged Ebony finish as done by the new Murphy Lab, with aged gold hardware, an ebony fretboard with split diamond inlays, and a short Maestro vibrola tailpiece. Only 125 of these guitars are built worldwide!
