For the first time ever, the classic RD Custom from Gibson is available under the Gibson Custom Shop lineup! First released in 1977, the RD shape has been a cult-classic for years, and the Custom version of the RD sees it dressed up for the gala with a gloss ebony finish, an ebony fretboard with block inlays and a multi-ply top binding. The RD Custom has 490R and 498T humbuckers to provide a modern tone with tons of high gain capabilities.
