This guitar has an ebony finish, a P-90 bridge and Alnico V neck pickup, gold hardware, and an ABR-1 bridge (which first appeared in 1954). The Alnico V pickup is based on the P-90, however with its adjustable pole pieces it was designed to give more growl and note definition, a great asset in the neck position for rhythm playing.
