The J-45 is easily Gibsons best-selling acoustic model of all time. Nicknamed 'The Workhorse" since its introduction in 1942, the guitar has been a mainstay in their offering of round-shouldered dreadnought guitars. This is a spin on the classic mahogany bodied J-45 substituted for rosewood. The rosewood gives the J-45 a slightly fuller bass reponse and bigger body overall. The J-45 Rosewood includes the excellent L.R. Baggs VTC under-saddle pickup and pre-amp system making it a perfect acoustic for players to perform onstage with!
