It's hard to beat the vibe of an original '60s Gibson Melody Maker! Check out this 1963 example, in a nicely aged Sunburst finish and a double cut, single pickup configuration. This guitar shows normal wear for it's age but is packed with vibe (especially the nice checking patterns) and is structurally sound! Features include the mahogany body and neck, a nice and dark and smooth rosewood board, single melody maker pickup with engraved pickguard, upgraded Leo Quan bridge, and vintage 3-on-a-strip tuners. The guitar has been refretted, the nut shimmed, and the pickup screws have been replaced. The volume pot has the correct date, though it looks newer than the tone pot. Overall the guitar is a nice piece, ready to play or fit nicely into your collection! It includes a newer Epiphone hardshell case.
Includes: Non-Original Hardshell Case
