We want the buying process to be simple and easy. That's why we offer a number of great options to pay for your new guitar, amplifier, effect pedal or accessory! If you have questions, would like to put an item on hold, setup a payment plan, or just straight buy something, please contact one of our sales associates and we'll get you settled.

Credit Cards: We accept all major credit cards for online, phone and in-store purchases. Please note that we take card and customer security very seriously to protect both you as well as ourselves. There may be additional verification requirements and we may only be able to ship certain products to the billing address of the card.

PayPal: Whether it is an instant payment, or PayPal Credit, we have you covered! Use this option both online or over the phone. Please note that we only accept payments from verified accounts and can only ship to the confirmed address provided to us by PayPal. Amazon Pay: Have an Amazon account? You can use it to place your next order right here on our site! Custom Options: If you need a little time, we can help develop a custom option that works just for you. We're happy to put any item on hold with a small deposit, generally around 20% of the item price. The full balance is usually due within 30 days, and you can use any of the above options to make your purchase. Just contact our sales team to begin!

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some brands, and certain products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

$100 US orders placed online will ship free. Actual charges to all other locations. Expedited shipping options are also available! Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from The Music Zoo!
We pride ourselves on providing customer service that is among the best in the industry and we will work hard to make sure you are happy. If you need to return your purchase for any reason, please contact one of our sales associates to let us know before shipping your order back.

New Items:
Get 14 Day Approval on all new items! No reason needed to make a return, just let us know within two weeks that you'd like to send your item(s) back. Items such as strings, picks, clothing, polish/cleaners, polishing cloths, and books must be un-opened and un-used to be eligible for return. All items must arrive back to The Music Zoo in like new condition.

Used Items:
We maintain a great selection of used and vintage guitars. We do our best to describe each instrument in full and provide high resolution images of all items to help in the buying process. To that end, used items carry a 72 Hour Approval period only. You'll have a few days with your recently purchased used instrument to ensure it's the one for you. No reason needed to make a return if you choose to do so, just let us know within the approval window.
