This Gretsch amp has a warm broken up tone controled by a single volume knob that also acts as a power switch. There is a jump in volume as you turn the amp up from it's lowest point to about 9:00. The tolex is in great condition for it's age and the 8 inch speaker handles the gain at full volume extremely well. The amp has an original 2-prong power plug.
