One of the all-time greats of Marshall amplifiers: this is the 1959HW Handwired 100-watt head, full of all-tube circuitry and made at the Marshall factory in Bletchley, England. Originally designed for high volume, the 1959 Handwired has retained this characteristic throughout the decades. If you find yourself performing in spacious venues, this amp ensures your presence is unmistakably heard. With the 1959, all roads lead to loud. This instantly recognizable, classic Marshall tone is driven by two ECC83 preamp valves, an ECC83 phase splitter and four EL34 valves in the power amp.
