This is a 2009 Martin OM Chris Hillman model, a used Custom Artist Edition OM built in honor of the guitarist who has played in The Byrds and The Flying Burrito Brothers among other notable groups. The guitar has a 1932 Shaded finish over an Adirondack spruce top, low profile mahogany neck with 1-3/4" nut width, solid East Indian rosewood back and sides, and a fine herringbone top inlay with brown tortoise binding. The guitar is in overall excellent condition, and includes the original Martin hardshell case.
