This is a Martin Custom Shop 00-28 with a torrefied Adirondack Spruce top and solid East Indian rosewood for the back and sides. Martin has utilized a new Torrefaction technique on this guitars spruce top. The added stability adds a distinct focus to the tone, and the darker grain really makes the wood pop. The body is finished in a Natural gloss to let the wood show through. The guitar has classy Style 28 appointments with its herringbone top inlays and subtle mother of pearl dot inlays. The tone of the guitar is nothing short of fantastic, with lots of crisp highs and pronounced bass. This is an acoustic guitar you wonβt want to put down.
