This beautiful piece from the Martin Custom Shop is a 000-42 with a VTS (Vintage Tone System) Sitka Spruce top and excellent pieces of cocobolo wood for the back and sides. We’re always huge fans of cocobolo, from its warm tone to the rich brown and red hues of the wood. The headplate has a matching piece of Cocobolo, and the ornate qualities of the guitar are topped off with abalone snowflake inlays, an ebony belly bridge, and Gotoh gold tuners with classy butterbean knobs.
