This special Martin is a used Signature Edition Don McLean tribute guitar, dubbed the D-40DM and built in 1999. This artfully made dreadnought features inlays and a signature which pay tribute to the legendary songwriter and his music. The specs of the guitar include a quality Engelmann spruce top with solid East Indian rosewood back and sides. It's in overall very good condition with the original Martin hard case included. There are some pick marks and lacquer checking around the body, and a very light seam separation at the neck heel which does not seem to be spreading, nor very easy to move. The neck joint is still holding strong.
