This is the gorgeous D-42 Purple Martin, the third instrument in the Purple Martin Series which sees the guitar with 42-style appointments, a heavily bearclawed Engelmann Spruce top with figured Plum Katalox for the back and sides. The name “Purple Martin” is inspired by a native bird from Pennsylvania of the same name. Unique appointments on this D-42 include Schalelr GrandTune open gear tuners, and bone-colored Liquidmetal bridge pins. Limited to only 50 guitars, each label is signed by Chris Martin!
