The Story

JP-2C John Petrucci Signature Amplifier Black

Here we have a pre-owned, and in excellent condition Mesa Boogie JP-2C, the John Petrucci signature Mark IIC+. The JP-2C is built like a tank, with features that will cover just about any tonal ground you would need to cover. The JP-2C is a three channel amplifier with Clean, Crunch, and Lead models which also keeps things simple by forgoing the traditional Mesa setup of multiple-modes within each channel, this amp lets each channel shine by dedicating that sound to the original circuit voicing of the Mark IIC+. The JP-2C is switchable from 100 to 60 watts. The only switch in each of the three Channels is the assignment switch for the two 5-Band Graphic Equalizers. This 3-position toggle allows assignment of either of the EQs to any of the three Channels, with the upper position engaging EQ 1 and the lower position employing EQ 2. The center position of the EQ switch allows you to either bypass or Footswitch the EQ on or off. This amp includes the original Mesa box, slip cover along with footswitch and cable, as well as Mesa paperwork.

Includes: Original Box, Footswitch
