This lightly used Mesa Boogie Mark V head offers a plethora of classic Boogie sounds that have made the Mark series so popular and influential on rock music. This amp is in excellent cosmetic condition and runs perfectly, with the cover, footswitch and power cable included!
The Mark V has the added bonus of some British inspired tone circuits. Features include nine Modes and three Independent Channels, each with individual treble, gain and Bass. The famous Mark five-band EQ at the end of the circuit allows you to fine tune the overall tone balance. A Bias Select lets you switch between 6L6 and EL34 power tubes, without amp re-bias. A Variac Power regulates voltage, controlling the output in a unique way. A true-bypassable fully buffered FX loop provides clean audio, adjusting the voltage with the sound effects. Also the Mesa Boogie Mark V employs Duo-Class technology enables you to play on true class A or AB, letting you choose to run at decreased power output.
