Orange OR30 Guitar Amplifier Black

This is the new OR30 head from Orange built in the UK with rock solid construction and classic Orange crunch. It's a single-channel amplifier rated at 30 watts via four EL84 power tubes switchable down to 2 watts in 'Bedroom' mode! Despite being a single-channel amp, there's a footswitchable volume boost that easily lets you crank it up for leads and solos.

The OR30 is the first Orange amp to feature a bright switch, and it also has a tube rectifier to give you that squishy pick response we love some tube amps for. As far as the Bright switch goes - with the switch in the neutral center position, the amp is a perfect pedal platform, allowing the muscularity of your distortion and overdrive effects to augment the tone of the amp. Flick it leftwards for a fine treble boost; switch to the right and a broader treble will be engaged to sharpen your tone, resembling the best classic rock amps of yesteryear. Don't be fooled by the 30 watt rating either - the OR30 hits the same sound pressure readings as a 100W amp in the test room, meaning that you’re getting both quantity and quality of classic Orange tone in one unbeatable box.
