This Patrick James Eggle crafted Macon "Junior" is inspired by the slab mahogany bodied little engines that could from the late 50s and early 60s. This one boasts a mahogany body with a great looking Black Grained open pore acrylic finish, for maximum resonance and a smooth hand-feel. A "Fat C" roasted flame maple neck is set into the body and is topped with a Santos rosewood fingerboard and clay dot inlays, for a nice "pre-CBS" touch. This Macon is loaded with a hand-wound humbucker in the bridge and P-90 in the neck postition, and sports an ABM3025 wrapover tailpiece, bakelite pickguard, vintage style tuners, and aged nickel hardware.
