We guarantee you haven’t seen a guitar design quite like this before. This is the Walnut Jane, a unique instrument made by Relish Guitars in Lucerne, Switzerland. The Jane is a guitar with a fully hollow body, comprised of an aluminum frame with wood veneers to cover the circuitry and give the guitar a super full resonance and a chambered feel. Relish takes a sustainable approach to building their instruments, which led them to using dark strand woven bamboo for the fretboards, a great looking wood that gives some warmth to the tone with a feel that’s similar to rosewood.
The Jane is an instrument with a very clear and punchy amplified tone, the aluminum frame gives a great resonance unlike any solid guitar would provide, and we promise you’ll have a ton of fun choosing your pickups with the touch switches and figuring out which swiping action works best for you. This Walnut Jane also features a Graph Tech Ghost piezo system.
