This is a pre-owned and barely played Ritter Cora 4-string bass, which was originally sold by The Music Zoo and back to find a new home - still in excellent condition with the original case and paperwork included. Ritter Instruments produce some of the most gorgeous guitars and basses in today's musical instrument landscape, and not only are they pieces of art, but their design, functionality, and playability is of the very highest quality.
This Cora bass was designed as an elevated re-interpretation of the Jazz Bass, with plenty of added elegance. The alder body is carved to be incredibly balanced with the 3-piece maple neck, and the gold 6150 frets expertly match the rest of the gold hardware. The bass is loaded with a pair of Ritter Master Slimbucker pickups with maple-wood covers, active electronics with 3 band EQ, a Ritter "3D" bridge, and custom made Gotoh tuners.
