The Paul Masvidal model takes the Boden OS 6 guitar and tweaks it to specs that include a solid Hawaiian Koa top with a Swamp Ash body, a signature “Masvidalien” inlay on the 12th fret, a Seymour Duncan JB/Jazz combo, and the first Strandberg model to have tremolo system! These are limited to only thirty pieces, and each guitar is one of a kind thanks to the differentiation in the Hawaiian Koa tops.

Named after the city of Boden in northern Sweden, the guitar evokes the shape of reindeer antlers commonly found in northern Sweden's farms. Constructed in the highly regarded World Musical Instruments factory in Korea, the OS Series utilizes the same materials as Strandberg's Custom Shop instruments, with a fit and finish rivaling guitars at a much higher price point. The radically carved chambered Swamp Ash body is topped with a Hawaiian Koa top that's left Natural to let the beautiful figuring shine through. The headless three-piece Birdseye Maple neck features carbon fiber fillets for rock-solid stability. The EndurNeck profile is a heavily modified V shape with a flat bottom that gradually guides your thumb from the bass side of the neck to the treble side as you ascend the scale. The 24-fret fingerboard features glow-in-the-dark Luminlay top and side markers for easy visibility on any stage.
