This is a 2004 Taylor 314ce-L7 model, which was a limited edition guitar offered with a sitka spruce top paired with Tasmanian blackwood for the back and sides which is very similar to koa in terms of both looks and sound! The guitar has a mahogany neck with an ebony fretboard as almost all Taylor guitars do, and it was built with the Taylor Expression System 1 electronics. There's light wear around the body and neck, nothing too deep which would affect the feel while you're playing. The original case is included.
