With this left-handed 614ce, Taylor has updated the Sitka Spruce Top by using torrefaction, which is a roasting process that offers better resonance and responsiveness – it also provides a slightly darker, Cedar-like look. The back and sides of this guitar are constructed from Maple to provide a crisp, bright tone that perfectly complements the Spruce top.
