Here’s a special guitar from a Music Zoo exclusive run we’ve done with Taylor, to bring you an all-koa body 714ce Grand Auditorium, in a Shaded Edgeburst finish to showcase the beautiful figuring in the wood. Koa is a wood that’s in it for the long haul – at first it is bright and stiff like a maple built guitar, but the more you play in the wood, it starts to warm up and reward you with a rich midrange, much like a super-charged mahogany. The guitar is topped with gold tuners, and loaded with Taylor Expression System 2 electronics for a quality amplified sound that accurately reflects the acoustic properties of the guitar.
