Custom Shop Grand Symphony Figured Walnut Acoustic-Electric 2008 Item Description
This is a used and in overall excellent condition Taylor Custom Shop Grand Symphony acoustic guitar, built in 2008. Taylor Custom Shop models allow for taking their body shapes to the next level with amazing wood sets and different combinations of inlay designs and materials. This guitar has a full-on figured walnut top, back, and sides with a mahogany neck and ebony fretboard! Walnut much like its similar-looking cousin koa can give you bright treble notes but a more present and upfront midrange that splits the difference between rosewood and mahogany. Walnut also takes time to breathe and open up, luckily for you this is a lightly played used guitar, so it's had a couple of years of strumming on it to make the wood on this Taylor sound fantastic right out of the case!
