The Story

Raven Classic Black In-Distress Level 3

This is a Zoo-spec'd Anderson Raven Classic with a Black finish over a swamp ash body and given an In-Distress Level 3 treatment for patterns of heavy playwear scattered naturally throughout the body. The guitar has a chocolate maple neck topped with a 22-fret rosewood board, and the electronics with hardware are where this one really shines. Two Anderson PQ1 pickups in the neck and middle with a hotter PQ3 in the bridge position. The Anderson PQ pickups give you classic crystal-clear soapbar pickup tones without the 60-cycle hum (the Q stands for quiet!). The PQ3 in the bridge is slightly hotter than the 1 - wound at 19k output, this one has enough attitude to naturally push your amp into overdrive! Lastly, the standout feature on this guitar has to be the bridge setup: a chopped 3-saddle bridge for twangy tone paired with their J-bridge tremolo for all of those warbly vibrato moves. Country AND Shoegaze? We're in.

Includes: Hardshell Case, Tremolo Arm, Spec Sheet
