The Story

Used 1950 000-18 Acoustic Guitar Natural

Talk about great vibe, here's a vintage 1949 Martin 000-18 model in a natural finish. The 000-18 is a sitka spruce / mahogany back and sides guitar with subtle cosmetics - just a basic acoustic instrument that was built to last, and sound great while doing so. The guitar has a bit of a chunky "V" shape profile, and has the appearance of an instrument that's been lovingly played over the years. There are dings and scuffs around the body, and the top side of the bottom bout has had a crack repaired at one point. The work looks solid. However, there is also a top crack on the guitar near the pickguard that is currently unrepaired. The neck angle of the guitar is slightly off, causing the action to be on the high side. The tuners were replaced at one point as well. The tone has a nice, warm sound from the mahogany that's been broken in over 60 years of play time, and the guitar includes a non-original hardshell case.

Includes: Non-Original Hardshell Case
