We're pretty sure this amp is part of the backline when you get to heaven. This is a 1956 Fender Tremolux combo amplifier with a tweed covering. The Tremolux is a 15 watt amplifier powered by two 6V6 power tubes and has a 12" speaker. Over the years, this amplifier had its power cable replaced to be a 3-prong, had three caps and the handle replaced, and the speaker was swapped for a Jensen that was made in 1957.
The amplifier looks like it had some water damage on the cabinet, as you can see the water marks coming up the tweed. The control panel has had some numbers carved into it (we're not sure of the meaning), and the tweed overall has some wear to it as this amp is coming up on being 60 years old! Cosmetics aside, the tone is as good as it gets. Fat low end with chiming highs - and the tremolo adds a fantastic vibe when you hit the switch.
