Here we’ve got a vintage ‘70s Martin that’s accumulated some great vibe over the years: a 1974 D-35. The D-35 is a D-14 fret body size dreadnought guitar that’s made with a spruce top with rosewood rims, a bound ebony fretboard, 25.4” scale length, and a cool looking three-piece rosewood back that’s divided up by black and white boltaron. This guitar is in good players condition; it’s been refretted, and a removable Fishman pickup has been installed for when you need the guitar to be amplified. The body has finish checking and dings throughout the body, with shrinkage to the pickguard and a small crack in the wood by the input jack. The guitar itself plays wonderfully, and the wood has settled in nicely over the years to produce a warm dreadnought sound with a tight bass response and clear high end.
