The Story

Used 1976 D-18 Dreadnought Acoustic Guitar Natural

Martin first introduced their Dreadnought models in 1931 after a custom order from the Oliver Ditson company. This 1976 D-18 is a classic variation of this beloved design. Featuring a Sitka Spruce top, this D-18 features Mahogany back and sides, giving the guitars a warm, focused tone. The combination of the Mahogany back with the large body makes this guitar perfect for players looking to combine both strumming and flat-picking sounds in one guitar. The Mahogany neck is topped with a 20 fret Rosewood fingerboard that's inlaid with understated Pearl dots. The non-scalloped "X" bracing provides rock-solid stability, and a great blooming projection when you dig in. The 18 style appointments, such as the Black binding and simple rosette, give the guitar a gorgeous look

Includes: Original Hardshell Case
