Used 1995 Limited Edition Les Paul "1960 Corvette" Electric Guitar Item Description
Could you think of a better combination of two American icons than the Les Paul and the Chevrolet Corvette? We doubt it. This is a stunning guitar that is also quite rare, a pre-owned 1995 Gibson Custom Shop 1960 Corvette Les Paul in Cascade Green. This was a run limited to 200 pieces, this guitar being #79. The guitar is made to appear just like the car, with a hand-carved top that has the Corvette "side scoop", chrome-plated brass hardware with ''283'' and ''Fuel Injection'' engraved on the pickup covers, Chevrolet crossed flags inlaid on the headstock, and the Corvette logo inlaid in the ebony fretboard.
The back end of the chrome stripe is pulling up slightly on the body, and there are two small checks in the lacquer on the back of the headstock behind both E string tuning pegs. Other than that, the guitar is in excellent condition with no major dents, dings, or scratches. This is a must-have for anyone who is both a Gibson and vintage car enthusiast.
