This is a pre-owned Martin D-41DF acoustic guitar, a collaboration between Martin Guitars and acclaimed songwriter Dan Fogelberg which was released in very limited numbers in 2001. The D-41DF is a D-14 fret body size acoustic with a solid Sitka Spruce top, East Indian Rosewood back and sides, abalone purfling with grained ivoroid binding, inlaid signature design on the 20th fret, and gold Grover tuners.
This guitar is in excellent condition, with only light surface swirling from a polishing cloth as evidence of previous play time. No cracks, dents, dings, or scratches to be seen. The inside label of the guitar is signed by both Dan Fogelberg and C.F. Martin IV, and numbered #85 out of only 141.
