Used 2004 Masterbuilt John English 1968 Double Bound Zebrawood Stratocaster Electric Guitar Item Description
This beautiful guitar is a pre-owned Custom Shop Zebrawood Strat, masterbuilt by John English in 2004. The guitar is actually a reproduction of a showpiece that Fender made for the 1968 NAMM Show, and English set out to recreate it. The guitar has a semi-hollow design that gives it a comfortable weight, and who can deny how good the bound board and block inlays look with the rosewood fretboard? The guitar is in excellent shape, there are some lacquer cracks from the wood expanding through weather changes – nothing which affects the playability of the instrument. The original case and certificate of authenticity are included.
