This pre-owned Les Paul Standard Plus was made in 2008 and features a Honey Burst finish over a figured maple top. The weight-relieved mahogany body and matching mahogany neck provide tons of fat sustain that players expect in a Les Paul. This guitar has undergone some awesome player-friendly upgrades such as a Faber tune-o-matic bridge, upgraded pots and Sprague orange drop capacitors, and a set of Seymour Duncan Whole Lotta Humbucker pickups which are replicas of a set of pickups that Seymour rewound for a player he met in London back in the ‘60s (do we really need to say who?). The pickups are made with alnico 5 magnets and are made to sound warm but still big and beefy with a bit of natural compression while pushing your amp. This Les Paul is in overall excellent condition and includes the original hardshell case.
