The Story

Used 2009 Angus Young VOS SG Electric Guitar Angus Cherry

From 2009 is this preowned Gibson's Custom Shop Angus Young VOS SG guitar. The guitar is based on Angus' original 1968 SG Standard, which was entirely mahogany. This model has a mahogany body with a three-piece quartersawn maple neck and a bound ebony fretboard inlaid with the AC/DC lightning bolt. Are you "thunderstruck" yet? Pickups are custom-spec Seymour Duncan Pearly Gates humbuckers. Features, except for the maple neck, are similar to the original. The neck has a slim profile favored by Angus. The tone controls on the guitar are bypassed - a factory specification so that it is wired just like Angus' guitar. This Angus Young SG is in good playing condition: there are three reflectors missing from the knobs, hanger wear around the neck, buckle marks and worming on back, and lastly lacquer checking near binding & headstock logo. The guitar still plays wonderfully and includes the original case along with certificate of authenticity.

Includes: Original Hardshell Case and Certificate of Authenticity
