Some guitars are just timeless, and a black Les Paul Custom easily falls under that category. Here's a pre-owned Custom Shop Les Paul Custom made in 2009 . This LP Custom is in very good condition with some light wear around the body but still plays wonderfully: there are surface scratches and some worming on the back. This Custom was crafted with a hand-carved maple top fitted to a body made from a solid piece of mahogany with strategically routed holes to lessen the weight of the guitar, resulting in a Les Paul with enhanced acoustic qualities and improved resonance. The guitar comes with an un-original hardshell case with the strap pins changed but the original pins included in the case.
