How do you make a mid '60s oval "C" shape neck feel any more comfortable? You hand it over to John Cruz! This '59 Relic Strat features an amazingly comfortable neck, stripped down to the bare wood for a playing experience that feels like sitting in your favorite spot on the couch. The Alder body gets the relic treatment as well, with a gorgeously aged Sonic Blue finish that has faded to an almost Olympic White. The Mint Green pickguard houses a trio of John Cruz single-coils wired to a modern-style five-way switch for tons of classic Strat tones. Mr. Cruz saw fit to add an S-1 switch, adding the neck pickup to any switch position for sounds previously unavailable on a Strat. The vintage-style tremolo and tuners add killer vibe while keeping everything perfectly in tune. This instrument is in overall excellent condition.
