A dreadnought from the company that invented the dreadnought: this is a used and built in 2012 Martin Standard Series D-41 in a classic looking natural gloss finish to the sitka spruce top. The D-41 is a workhorse of an acoustic, built with beautiful pieces of East Indian rosewood for the back and sides, sitka spruce scalloped bracing, Style 45 purfling, and classy abalone reduced hexagon fretboard inlays. The D-41 is a dreadnought designed to turn heads just as much as it will grab ears. The guitar has Fishman pickup that was professionally installed in the guitar, great for plugging in on stage. The guitar is in fair condition with some dings around the body and on the back of the neck as well that go down to the wood. There is also a crack in the side of the body. We are selling the guitar as is.
