Number 18 in Gibson Custom's series of Collector's Choice guitars was this killer 1960 Les Paul that was originally a custom-ordered guitar, built for a Dutch player back in 1960, who played songs like "Besame Mucho" on a North Sea cruise ship. Unique to this instrument, however, is its balanced PAF pickups, gold top hat/silver insert knobs, and a very cool special-ordered dark sunburst finish. The guitar is still in overall excellent condition and is a fantastic player with a comfortable weight, and a nice slim neck that's great for fast runs up the fretboard.
