If you're looking for a guitar that's going to get you to stand out from the pack - you really can't beat the unique shape of this pre-owned Monson Abyss. This is the Abyss #2, built by Brent Monson in Seattle, Washington. The guitar has a wenge top over a sapele body with a mahogany neck and ebony fretboard - all with a hand-rubbed oil finish for a super smooth and natural feel. The original pickups have been replaced with Bare Knuckle humbuckers - both of which have pretty high outputs on them, great for high gain metal sounds. The guitar is in excellent shape with some very light surface marks and a few small scratches in the top - no major dings or any dents. The original fitted hardshell case is included!
