This is a pre-owned JB-14 model, a semihollow guitar built by the talented folks at New Orleans Guitar Company. At its core it takes inspiration from other flame maple/mahogany guitars, but has its own tweaks to make it an excellent instrument: the neck is strategically hollowed out and encased in a deeper hollow carved body. This gives the guitar a much more forgiving bass response with increased lower mids. The shifting of the pickup placement further up the string path, the voice of the JB falls more in line with lush chordal progressions and smooth jazz, but still retains all of the balanced high end for stinging blues and lead playing. This JB-14 is in excellent condition with no scratches, dents, or dings to be seen on it.
