Masterbuilt by Custom Shop craftsman Jason Smith, this pre-owned 2015 built Strat features a Surf Green finish that's been aged for a beyond-played-in look and feel. The areas where buckle rash and pick wear are normally found are worn completely through to the Alder body. The neck gets the Relic treatment as well, with a comfortable oval "C" shape coupled with a modern style 9.5" radius fingerboard. All of the traditional Strat sounds are here as well, with three Fender Custom Shop '60s Strat single-coils wired to a five-way switch for full-bodied neck pickup sounds, quacky "in-between" tones, and biting treble leads. This guitar is in overall excellent shape with all wear and tear original to how Jason Smith intended the guitar to look, and includes the original case with certificate and case candy.
